The camera won't move

Description

When I make scenario's in the editor sometime's the camera doesn't move, but in the bottom-left the co-ordinates do move. i can't figure it out.

Steps To Reproduce

Step 1: Load up 3D editor and load a scenario

Step 2: Load it up into Sing-player (bottom right button)

Step 3: Return to the editor and the camera won't move.

railgame1 set Category to Eden Editor.

railgame1 set Reproducibility to Sometimes.

railgame1 set Severity to None.

railgame1 set Resolution to Open.
