We have tried and were not able to reproduce this bug. We were able to get in just fine.
Are you able to get into the chopper after a while? Are you running any mods?

I tested it again, still cant get in. Im not running any mods & i validated my files trough steam. As soon as i get in the mission the dead guy is laying on the ground, then the heli lands, there is comms going on between the disembarking team & our team. Then i get told to get in the helicopter but i cant. Im walking up to it, there are no interaction points to neither of the sides & it just seems to be locked.
Even if i wait for 5 minutes still nothing happens. Ill try now to re-install the game to see if a full clean helps resolving the issue, ill post it here when i get the results :)

This was fixed some time ago, worked when I tried it last time. Anyway to close this issue?
