We were unable to initialize launcher. Launcher will down close. Reason: [-103] Unknown
Every time I start launcher, whether from Steam or the steamapps folder, I get this message. Arma 3 launches from the steamapps folder, but the launcher itself will not start. Recently reinstalled Windows and all drivers, as well as deleting Arma local files and redownloading twice. {F27615}
