since the 1.54 hotfix yesterday, after tabbing out of the game once, it is locked to 30fps ingame
what fixes it is to hit the autodetect button on the graphicsettings, fps jump straight up to 72fps (adapt. vsync) and stay up when I set my usual graphicsettings. but as soon as I alt+tab to desktop, the game is again locked to 30fps
start game
have 72fps on mainmenu
hit alt+tab
go back ingame
30fps, everywhere and forever (until you hit autodetect button in graphicsettings)

tried everything I can think of, tried to fix fps back up with changing every single graphic option, vsync on/off, windowed, fullscreen-windowed, back to fullscreen, restarting game, verifying gamefiles, trying with no mods, reinstalled graphicsdriver, restarting computer... nothing helped except that autodetect button (which sets it to way higher settings than I actually play with btw)
