each time I'm trying to run the game, I had a crash few second laters, and this message occurs 0xC0000409 STATUS_STACK_BUFFER_OVERRUN

I never sucess to run the game, and already try differents solution
like health_restore in cmd, unistall/install visual basic 13 etc... nothing is working

I bought the game one week ago on steam with all the DLC.
