In Virtual Arsenal You will notice that the "Armour" level doesn't according to the vest or uniforms. It doesn't matter if you select a slash Bandolier, or a Carrier Rig, the armor rating always displays no change & is always stuck at the lowest rating...

Steps To Reproduce
1.Open the "Virtual Arsenal"...
2.Scroll through the vests...
3.Notice how the armor rating never changes...
4.This also occurs with the uniforms as well...

*NOTE* - Both the Load & Weight still work though, Speed & Armor for vehicles also work...
