I'm pretty sure my guy used to say "Form File" befor and now he doesn't. He now says "Form Line" when I actually selected Form File.

  3. Preview
  4. Order group to Form File. Press 8-8 (Form File)

Actual Result:
Sound played is "Form Line"

Expected Result:
Sound played should be "Form File"

Verified it is still an issue in version 1.80
