Unable to launch Launcher

Description

After the recent update/patch have been unable to launch the Launcher. When I do, it instantly crashes and deposits a text document on my desktop. This occurred four time with the last instance, and the one that I've attached the text output, after a cache verification. {F27474}

the problem is caused by missing system component, or more precisely the registration of the component is missing from your PC.

I've upload registry files with component registration from my PC to http://arma.jiripolasek.com/files/TaskBarCommunicationComponentRegistration.zip Applying that might fix your issue, but I can't give you any guarantees that it would work for you.

your issue is slightly different, so it might not work for you.

I was able to launch the Launcher after using the registry entry file. And after doing some research, it appears that an anti-malware program may have deleted some legitimate .NET entries from the registry. Not sure why I haven't had an issue till now, but Launcher does work.
