Short Description max length is wrongly calculated on submit

Description

When submitting a new unit or editing an existing one the max length for the "Short Description" textarea is wrongly calculated.

When entering 249 or 250 chars and submitting the error message in the top right corner says "Short Description must be less then 250 characters long."

Yeah angular is nice, sadly we didn't have time to convert the whole website to a full anuglar app :)
