Same issue here, also jets suffer from same problem, version 1.54 .
In addition "stereo variation" is delayed sometimes also for some seconds.
E.g. if i turn the head when engine is going off i can hear in the left ear what i should hear with the right one, so you can't understand from where the sound is coming.

Have been having this issue as well,think it started after 1.50 or 1.52. Also have the stereo variation that's in previous note.
