Launcher Command Line parameters checkbox always checked if param entry box contains text

Description

This is small issue - the Launcher Command Line parameters checkbox will always remain checked if the param entry box contains text - even if you uncheck the box but leave text in the entry box and then restart the Launcher.

Steps To Reproduce

Example Add "-showscripterrors" or any other command line text in the Command Line parameter entry box. Uncheck the box and then close the Launcher. Restart the Launcher and the Command Line parameter checkbox will be checked.

Hello,
this behavior is intended, the parameter re-enabled every time Launcher is started with some additional command line parameter.
