Launching Arma 3 through the launcher or with a .bat will produce this issue, this applies to both modded and clean versions of the game. A full re-installation (including removing ArmA's changes to the registry) will fix the issue temporarily, after which running the game a few times will cause the problem to start happening again at random, until it happens on every start up. This issue seems to have been made more prevalent by my change of graphics card from a GTX 660ti to a GTX 970. This problem was present, but in frequent and random while using the 660. {F27304}
