Since a game re-install I am no longer able to trigger the "quick command menu" as describe in the field manual for quick command responses. (in the field manual it is said to be assigned to "undefined" but I cannot see any binding to set it in the configure control menu)
Before that I was able to open it with the "~" key.

Note that in command mode (ie when I am a squad leader) all is working as expected.

Please tell me how to restore it to fix it.
