While in KOTH game, if marking map, putting marker, but not finished, and get killed while in map view, death screen is displayed.
When revived or respawned mouse and keyboard doesn't work.
I think map marker text input stays active, blocking any other input when respawned or revived.
Hitting <Enter> and <M> key doesn't help.
Player have to Alt+Tab to system and kill game process.
