For being able to position AI team-mate exactly as we want. It would be great to have a "take my place" order to give.
So if player stands at a window, in "combat mode" (resting), the AI will come to the very same place in the very same position watching the same direction.
It could be useful for setting ambush, defend a position, or place cover during movement.
There is an amazing amount of positions the players could use in ARMA, but it is very difficult and time consuming to order to each one of your AI team-mate the place he should stand and the position he should use. Most of the time AI don't understand what we want them to do (exemple : if we point a tree, before the enemy contact, AI frequently choose the wrong side of the tree. And what should be a cover become a pillory.) That's what make me think, we just have to show to AI what we want them to do.
