Game freezes on Arma III title screen, goes to not responding and needs to be manually closed. Only occurs when launching through steam, launching manually through arma3.exe is successful. Have reinstalled game, tried various parameters, verified game cache, and rolled back GPU drivers, no success. {F27083}
