When i try to start the game over steam i get this error:

Hello,
the most likely cause of this issue is that one or more file was not updated properly. Please run the verification of the game cache from Steam client a try to run it again.

Hi,

thank you for the fast answer. I already tried to reinstall the game and run the verification of the game cache from Steam client. But it still dont work.

Hello,
can you please check the Arma 3 files manually?
a) That the file 'D:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\Arma 3\Launcher\SharedResources.dll' exists.
b) That the file from a) is not blocked by Windows (there is no Unblock button in the Properties of the file).
b) That the version of the file from a) is 1.2.131.944 (you can find the version in the file properties on Details tab).
d) That the file 'D:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\Arma 3\arma3launcher.exe.config' exists.
e) That the file 'D:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\Arma 3\SharedResources.dll' DOES NOT exist.

i checked all files and its everything ok with it...

I am also having the same issue. I have uploaded my crash log from the launcher.
I have also verified all of the files described above before and after re-installing the game.
