Hello,
were you able to start Launcher successfully in the past? The error you've encounter points to a problem with a font in Launcher. I've review the font we use for every possible glyph and it can be displayed without the error on our machines and we didn't change it in a long time. One possible reason that I can think of is corruption of a font cache.
- Open Task Manager by right-clicking the taskbar and then clicking Task Manager.
- Click the Services tab to see the services that are currently running under your user account.
- Click the Services button to open Services console.
- Locate font cache services and disable them: 4.1 Right-click on the service. 4.2 Click the Properties to display Properties window. 4.3 Change Startup type to "Disabled". 4.4 If the service is running, click the Stop button. 4.5 Click OK button.
These are the names of font services on Windows 7:
- Windows Font Cache Service (FontCache),
- Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache 3.0.0.0 (FontCache3.0.0.0)

Thank you but the problem still.
I have stop and disabled FontCache Service, restart the system but Arma3Launcher still not work...
I used to use Arma3Launcher, about a month before it runs well.
Are there any other reasons？

We've received many complain to this or similar issue (all with Chinese language involved) after August 11, 2015. At that day Microsoft has released some updates and patches to Windows, so that may be the reason for this error, but we're unable to confirm this as we installed Chinese version of Windows and run English version of Windows with Chinese regional settings and error didn't occur on our test systems.
Un-installing latest patches installed by Windows Updates might or might not solve the issue.
