it seems that the installation of .NET Framework on your computer is corrupted. Please try to re-install .NET Framework 4.5.2 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42642) or 4.6 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48137).
