All gun sounds are flat and do do not sound right. The sounds used to work but no longer. Arma reinstalled, and fully up to date, mods turned off.

Steps To Reproduce
Enter game, select any Play option, shoot gun.
Additional Information
video card: gtx 650 ti boost, audio cards: onboard, and dedicated (problem occurs using either audio output, and occurred before installing dedicated card). Also noticing visual glitch after reinstalling: menu screen does not show firefight as before, although this problem did not occur at the same time as sound glitch.
