When clicking on desktop icon or from steam or the launcher in the game directory the arma launcher do not appear.
arma3.exe starts the game fine, but I like the launcher.

I have tried the troubleshooting with the .net framework, but it cannot be installed on win8, its already there.

I have tried safe mode.
