I'd like to have a new GUI-Command:

Syntax:
lnbSetPictureColor [idc, [Row(Number), Column(Number)], color]
Alternative Syntax:
control lnbSetPictureColor [ [Row(Number), Column(Number)], color]

What should it do:
Same like "lbSetPictureColor" but be adressable via row and column.
