Would need onMouseMoving, onMouseExit or onMouseEnter to detect when mouse cursor is moved away from RscFrame and other similar background boxes, but those seem to only for e.g. buttons and listboxes.

Would use it to have certain moving dialogs on map with easy access and exit without needing to press esc or click mouse button.
