Since introduction of the marksmen stageing content, the M2A1 Slammer's commanders TV sight has been broken.
It does not switch zoom levels.
However, using zoom does switch zoom levels for the gunner (!).

Steps To Reproduce
Place M2A1 slammer, with crew or without. Attempt to zoom in or zoom out with CITV sights of the commander.
Then make sure to zoom in and switch to the gunners seat. Observe that gunners sight has been zoomed in.
Additional Information
As far as I could find only the M2A1 is affected, but other vehicles may also be influenced by this bug. Do not have the time right now to test, anybody else?
