It seems like in the End Game, when you have to Retrieve Intel or Upload Schematics, it would take 1 second to do so. It would be much longer of a mission if it were to take 30-60 seconds to do these actions, because then it would feel more of Attack-Defend, and one of the teams could prevent the other from getting the intel or upload the schematics.
