When using standard zoom key on laser designator, it is fully zoomed in and cannot use the zoom in/out keys.

Description

When using standard optics (RMB) key on laser designator, it is fully zoomed in and cannot use the zoom in/out keys. I know from other people that you can zoom in to 60x-5x. Would like to know how to fix this problem.

Steps To Reproduce

Load in any game, pull laser designator out, use optics key.

Additional Information

I also have this problem with some of the MG's on the MRAPs with 50's on top of them.
