Camera hitches with mouse deadzone

Description

If a player is using mouse deadzone, the camera seems to hang on the edge of the deadzone, and becomes difficult to move/control the camera while moving. I should note that in the part of the included video, the mouse was moved at the same velocity for the duration of the "swing"

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Turn on mouse deadzone (mine is set to roughly 80%)
  2. move at walking speed or combat pace and find the edge of the deadzone.

you will find that there is a hard "line" that makes it difficult to move the mouse smoothly. While this isn't much of a burden when it comes to running, or for fast turns, but tracking a moving target, especially at a distance, is very difficult with this bug

Additional Information

I've reported this bug before, this bug was present during alpha/beta, and was fixed by the release of the game.
