Compiling Problems with New FSM Configs

Description

Having problems getting FSMs to work with the new configs released with the latest Arma 3 Tools update. A few others in the community have reported similar issue with the ORBAT FSM compiling. Haven't checked to see if this compiling issue effects other added configs.

I think they fixed on the dev branch, I'm not sure though.
