Vehicles have the ability to move in "CARELESS" mode while firing in "YELLOW" combat mode (wheeled vehicles). This is great, for scenes where one desires vehicles to remain on roads. Tanks on the other hand, will not open fire while in "YELLOW" combat mode and "CARELESS".
