I have now often got the problem, that when i drag a person on a dock, teh person appers to be in the dock cause it will be placed on the ground and the dock isn't recognized as a kind of ground.

Steps To Reproduce
Get into altis/zeus. take a solider and drag him to a dock. The solider will drown or stand ort swim inside the concrete dock. places to see: Kavala Pier
