If you are commander of example 4 member squad and you get shot (heavly wounded) commanding is up to 2nd unit, and squad follow by "two". If player receive command pssibility back, squad will still make some orders for "two". For example you will tell them to get back in formation, and they receive order "All, follow two" instead normal order name "back in formation". Behavior of ai - they will just follow 2 in that example instead keeping formation, and there is no way to order them to follow you.
