I downloaded Arma III when it was free on steam and when I found I couldn't run it i deleted it, once I got a better PC I tried re installing but it says to purchase, I still have all local files though

download, delete, check if files are still there, try playing game directly in folder, see if error occurs, check steam, if syas purchase you have the same problem
