I can't hear my own gunshots, but I can hear when they hit something. BUT... I can still hear ALL OTHER sounds. My guy yelling, other people's gunshots, my footsteps, etc.

I bought the game 5 days ago. I had the problem on the first day, then it randomly went away, I'm not sure what I did. I'm not sure what happened but it came back today.

Are you firing modded weapons? Did you try to re-install? Did you check the rpt log(s)?
