HDR Standard gives blurry mid-range optics while Low gives an excessively bright enviroment.

Description

Having the HDR setting on Standard makes the optics such as RCO's magnified sights blurry. Changing the setting to Low removes the blurryness, but causes the game to be extremely bright. The blurry optic only occurs while aiming at terrain. {F25198}

Steps To Reproduce

Aim down sights with magnified optics. This does not include the Sniper Scopes.

Additional Information

I am NOT running any mods which impact HDR lighting or lighting in general. Antialiasing is activated to the highest settings, textures at ultra, and running in Borderless Window.
