While playing the game in singleplayer or multiplayer, I am constantly having ARMA 3 suffers of massive performance issues and low framerate.
Altis:
Countryside / no action: 30-50FPS
Countryside / combat action: 20-40FPS
Urban / no action: 20-35 FPS
Urban / combat action: 10-25FPS

Performance remains poor in all situations, and the game performs noticeably worse during online play.

Decreasing or increasing graphics settings has had no impact on the game's performance (same FPS in low & high settings, minor additional performance drop on ultra).
Lowering draw distance to 1000/800/50 (terrain/object/shadow) provided current FPS rates described above. Default draw distances cause approx -10 FPS performance drop in all situations.
Give it up bro, there is a huge ticket named CPU/GPU Utilization, no update ever since Beta :)
