Lighthouse [Small] produces no light

Description

The "Lighthouse [Small]" building produces no light. It is supposed to have lights turning on and off at intervals in a circular motion, but no light comes out of it. I have tested this on both Dev and Stable branches.

Steps To Reproduce

1: Go to a location on Altis or Stratis that has this building. The best place to find this is on the Agia Marina pier on Stratis.

2: Look at the lighthouse at night.

Idnt know if ever those lights work. Anyways upvoted.
