Please CLOSE this ticket.

I've played with my Rudder Pedals & Throttle more and I have successfully resolved a sensitivity adjustment issue. Therefore, I no longer believe this is a BIS problem. I believe it was a problem with MY joystick setup.

I'm sorry for this feedback ticket. I believe I was wrong about this particular problem.
