The new weapon inertia feature is fun for moving around, but there's no functions to dynamically change them based on what's happening.
E.g. a wounded soldier (through one of the wounding mods) might take longer to get his rifle properly lined up, while a prone soldier with bipod deployed would certainly have lower effective weapon inertia.
