Unless the Admin Console is intended to be more as a Host console, with the Admin Console enabled in any Zeus mission, you won't be able to use it.
It happens on a Dedicated Server.
I'm not sure if its intended behaviour or not...
It also happens on voted admin, not sure about logged in admin.
Have not tried with any other missions.

Steps To Reproduce
1.Start a dedicated server
2.Join the server, select zeus mission, enable admin console.
3.Vote yourself admin
4.Press (esc), admin console will not show up
