(AFM)Throttle control not always suitable for keyboard
Reviewed, WishlistPublic

Description

The one and pretty much only thing that irritates be about the Advanced Flight Model is that the throttle isn't really so suitable for a keyboard and seems as if it is designed for a variable throttle like what you get with a joystick. It would be great if there was an option to set the throttle and just the throttle to work like the last flight model, hold to go up/hold to go down and not continue to go up or down when you don't touch it.
In summary I'm just asking if we can see the actual release with the Standard throttle on the Advanced Flight Model because the current Advanced one doesn't work well with a keyboard.

No need to go for a last model throttle. Giving some sensitivity and linearity curves also for keyboard users could help. Some racing games let's you adjust how fast your wheel turns.
Or give us an option for keyboard to rise and lower the throttle with steps. For example there would be 10 steps and each time you push Q or Z (could be separated from the current keys also) it goes one step.
