Description

Whenever I play on a server and people are talking on Direct comm. I am unable to hear them. I am now using a Razer Kraken 7.1 but this is a problem I've had since I was using speakers and it's really anoying when I can't hear them

Turn your VOIP volume to max and lower effects, radio and music volume.

I did that but it didn't help

Make sure you turn effects down majorly, if you still can't hear people then their mic settings aren't maxed out clearly.
