The nose doesn't go anywhere because left and right sides try to do the opposite so the submarine goes straight. Back end seems to try to do something at least but that doesn't seem to have effect. I'm not sure is this controls or config related issue.

Steps To Reproduce
Get in submarine and try nose up & nose down. Notice how the side "flaps" do the opposite so the other one goes up and other one down. So easy to do that no other information is needed. I believe that's the reason that nose doesn't dive anywhere?
