Beep sound while raining

When it is raining ingame, I can hear a beep every nearly every seconds and it is moving. In the audio I upload my unit is not moving.

I've been wondering the same from the beginning. It's impossible to miss so I wonder why the rain sound even was added with that beep.

the rain samples have some weird sounds but it is not as noticeable as these beeps. It reminds me to dayz sa's sound glitches.
