Since the FFVU (Fire From Vehicles Update), AI are unable to mount the Hummingbird's benches, from which the player can fire from.

Steps To Reproduce

Enter Zeus session as Zeus
Place Humming bird and at least 3 riflemen
Order all riflemen to enter Hummingbird
Only 2 riflemen will enter Hummingbird, others will not
