Diversity in mouse sensitivity on Y-Axis

Description

The mouse sensitivity on the negative y-axis (down) is substantial different than on postitive y-axis (up). It's really hard to aim properly witht this issue.

As soon as i press ESC to enter the menu the mouse sensitivity is equal both on positive and negative y-axis -> no hardware issue
