On most cars, the driver is using driverAction and the IK (hands on wheels) works. However, vehicles that allow the driver to turn out will only keep the hands on the wheel when the driver is using driverAction (i.e. the driver is turned out) and not when using driverInAction.

Steps To Reproduce
It's hard to reproduce this since none of the official content features any vehicles that even allow the driver to turn in and still have a visible steering wheel (all vehicles that allow drivers to turn out force them to optics view).
If necessary, I can provide a stripped down addon that demonstrates the problem.
