The game switches me to first person repeatedly after only a few seconds in third person. I have tried without any mods and the issue is still there.
This happens with or without scripting. It happens in a play mission or an editor run mission.
I only play single player mode...never online.
It happens on any island map. I have removed mods singly and tried it as well as taken all mods away.
Are you able to shortly switch to third person and after that it switches back, or generally it does not work?
Maybe you play on difficulty "Elite", or you have disabled your third person view in the custom difficulty settings?
I am playing in regular difficulty. I have made no custom difficulty settings.
I am able to switch to third person but it reverts back to single within seconds of the change.
Ok, try to rebind your key for the third person and look, if the problem still occurs.
