The message "Problem occurred when saving profile data" pops up every time the game loads or tries to save anything. See attached image.

I have not always had this problem and have played Arma 3 on this PC before. I tried verifying integrity of files in Steam, I also uninstalled them game and re-installed it to a different hard drive. I have a feeling it may be a windows 8.1 issue to do with folders but I can't find a decent answer on Google. {F24707}
