Lighter levels of damage, which impact the operability of the quadcycle, are not reflected in the damage indicator.

Steps To Reproduce

Spawn a Quadcycle in the Editor.
Ride around, lightly bumping into obstacles, until the vehicle's top speed is limited to about 40 kph.
Notice that while the quadcycle's performance had been impacted, the vehicle damage indicator did not change color.
