Description

Tail rotors of all helo's spin near full speed after the engine has been turned off.

The main rotor of the ghost hawk spins at the same speed and the kajimans topmast rotors weathervane.

Steps To Reproduce

Spawn helicopter of any type, turn the engines on, wait for full spool then turn engines off and observe rotors.

This issue should be fixed, it is quite annoying and what if you turn off your engine, and someone walks into your still-spinning tailrotor?

Also, it just looks clunky and unfinished.

Just checked and it seems this issue has been fixed on the latest dev branch for all but the ghost hawk.
